Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging, complete with swing tags still attached. We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, such as makeup stains, so please be careful when trying your purchase on!
We recommend that you choose an insured and trackable service to send your item(s) back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We refund the cost of the item(s) only, and not any postage costs that may have been included on your order.
International Returns
If you are returning items from outside the UK, please be sure to include ‘returned goods’ on the customs declaration. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different colour or size, simply return it as above and place a new order.
